"You will have to be both courageous and intuitive to embark on this action-packed adventure. In Survival, written by E H Wilson, you are flying above a tropical rain forest when a bright flash of light from a small clearing below catches your attention. Unable to resist the temptation to do a bit of mystery-solving, you circle the area until you spy a small clearing large enough to land in. However, visibility is not good as a dense mist has enveloped the forest. Too late, you realise that you have misjudged your landing. Your plane plummets to the ground. When you regain consciousness, you are slumped over the controls, badly bruised and with a very painful headache. Apart from this, you are amazingly unscathed. Clambering out of the plane you notice it is very badly damaged and you will need some help to get it going again. Luckily, your radio is still operational and you manage to get an SOS through to base. Help is on its way. In the meantime, you sit back to rest your weary head. As you lie there you remember the reason for attempting to land, the flashing light, and despite the need for rest you set off to investigate..."

This adventure is also known as just 'Survival' and also 'Sole Survivor' and was printed in two issues of Personal Computer News. Originally written for the C64, this port to the MZ-80A was carried out by Greg Chapman (formally of the SUC).
